```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a people person, an individual that is outgoing and will feel comfortarable interating one on one with customers.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist with product demos and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and discounts
